My name is Jenna Amberg and I am one of the Tutors for Tutor on Up.
I have a Bachelor’s in Science in Health and Human Sciences from Northern Illinois University. I also have a Master’s degree in Special Education LBS1 from Northern Illinois University. I am currently in my 4th year as a Special Education teacher and I have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals! I wanted to continue enhancing students’ academic knowledge and found a way to achieve that through Tutor On Up. During our sessions, I provide reading and math interventions and utilize teaching strategies to identify how your child learns and individualize their tutoring sessions to best fit their academic needs. I have experience in all grade levels and subjects but have the most experience in ELA and Reading at the elementary level and middle school level. Not all people learn the same and we can all benefit from individualized instruction. I am looking forward to helping your child grow and love their education!
