BA from University of Mississippi, MA in Teaching from Boston University
Over my education career, I have taught almost all levels of students. I started out with my student teaching in a well-respected high school outside of Boston, MA. Most of my classroom teaching, however, has been with middle school and upper elementary students. I have taught in public, parochial, and Montessori schools over the years in 4 states. My main focus has been in social studies and English-language arts, but I also have some science and math teaching experience as well. I began to tutor all levels of students in 2022 and I really love the one on one and small group educational experience that tutoring allows.
I live in Woodridge with my husband, son, and two rambunctious dogs. I love to travel, to read, and to learn. I recently sent my eldest child off to college with all the excitement, trials, and tribulations that entails.
